I’ve got to say, MXGP 2019 is a blast for dirt bike enthusiasts like me. It’s the official Motocross Championship video game that lets you dive into the muddy world of professional motocross racing.
What I love about this game is that it features the actual 2019 season. I can race against real MXGP and MX2 riders on official tracks from around the world. It’s pretty cool to feel like I’m part of the championship.
The game gives me options too. I can start my career in MX2 and work my way up, or jump straight into the big leagues of MXGP. There’s even a track editor where I can create my own crazy courses.
Weather plays a big role in MXGP 2019. I’ve raced in sunshine, rain, and everything in between.
It really changes how the bike handles and adds an extra layer of challenge.

2) Monster Energy Supercross 3
I’ve gotta say, Monster Energy Supercross 3 is a pretty sweet dirt bike game for PS4. It’s the official game of the AMA Supercross Championship, so you know it’s legit.
This game lets me race on 15 official stadiums and tracks, which is pretty cool. I can choose from over 100 riders from both the 450SX and 250SX classes.
One thing I really dig is the new co-op mode. It’s fun to team up with my buddies and tear up the track together. There’s also a new compound area where we can practice and mess around.
The graphics in this game are much improved from earlier versions. The pyro effects and shadows look awesome, making the races feel super intense.
I gotta admit, the controls are trickier than in previous games.
It took me a while to get the hang of it, but that just makes it more satisfying when I nail a perfect lap.
3) Trials Rising
Trials Rising is a blast to play on PS4. I love how it combines physics-based motorcycle racing with over-the-top action. The game offers over 125 new tracks to conquer, which keeps things fresh and exciting.
One of my favorite features is the global multiplayer. I can compete against riders from all around the world, pushing my skills to the limit. The tracks are incredibly diverse, taking me from the Great Wall of China to the Eiffel Tower.
The game is easy to pick up but challenging to master. I find myself constantly trying to improve my times and pull off more crazy stunts. The physics engine is spot-on, making every jump and landing feel satisfying.
Trials Rising introduces a hilarious Tandem Bike mode. It’s a riot trying to control one bike with a friend. We end up laughing more than racing, but that’s part of the fun.

5) MX vs ATV All Out
I’ve gotta say, MX vs ATV All Out is a blast for off-road racing fans. This game lets me choose between bikes, ATVs, and UTVs, giving me plenty of options to tear up the tracks.
I love how I can practice and refine my riding skills at my private compound before hitting the big races. It’s a great way to get a feel for the controls and different vehicles.

The Anniversary Edition even adds 14 extra tracks, including Ricky Carmichael Farm and Slash’s Snakepit. It’s awesome to race on these iconic locations.
While the graphics might not be cutting-edge, the gameplay is where MX vs ATV All Out really shines. I always have a great time when I fire it up on my PS4.
6) Dakar 18
I’ve got to say, Dakar 18 is a pretty unique racing game for the PS4. It’s based on the famous Dakar Rally, which is one of the toughest off-road races in the world.
The game lets you drive a variety of vehicles, including motorcycles, cars, trucks, quads, and SxS. I think it’s cool that they’ve included so many options.
One thing that stands out to me is the realistic simulation aspect. It’s not just about speed; you’ve got to navigate through challenging terrain using a road book.
I found the multiplayer races to be pretty intense. You can compete online against other players, which adds a whole new level of excitement.
The graphics are pretty impressive too. They’ve done a good job capturing the vast South American landscapes where the real Dakar Rally takes place.
7) TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 2
I’ve gotta say, TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 2 is one wild ride. This game puts me right in the heart of the world’s most dangerous motorcycle race.
The Snaefell Mountain Course is a beast at 60 km long. I love how it pushes my virtual riding skills to the limit with its mix of winding roads and straightaways.
One thing that stands out is the variety. I can choose from 18 different bikes, including some classic models. Plus, there are 17 additional tracks to master besides the main event.
The game’s career mode is pretty cool. It lets me work my way up through different championships before I tackle the big race.

The game’s 3D environments are impressive, making me feel like I’m right there on the track. Racing side by side with other riders gets my adrenaline pumping every time.
One thing I appreciate is the ability to customize my rider’s outfit. It adds a personal touch to the racing experience and helps me feel more connected to the game.
While it’s not strictly a dirt bike game, Ride 3 offers a comprehensive motorcycle racing experience that I find hard to put down.
9) ATV Drift & Tricks
I’ve gotta say, ATV Drift & Tricks is a pretty fun ride for PS4 players looking for some off-road action. It’s not just about ATVs though – they’ve thrown in some motorbikes to spice things up.
The game offers 9 different game modes, which keeps things interesting whether I’m playing solo or with friends. I really dig the arcade-style racing and the easy-to-perform air tricks.
Graphics-wise, it reminds me of those classic ATV racers from the PS2 and Xbox 360 days, but with a modern polish. It’s not the most realistic sim out there, but that’s not really the point.
One thing I appreciate is the variety of tracks. Whether I’m in the mood for dirt, asphalt, or a mix of both, there’s something to suit my fancy.
Here’s a glimpse of the gameplay:
